SMARTS Budgetary Accounting is a web-based, GAAP-based financial accounting system for school districts. It uses state-defined account codes, supports extra account segments, and can create journal entries automatically from debit and credit tables. Purchasing functions cover purchase orders, partial or full payments, check generation and reconciliation, refunds, voids, and account redistribution.
