Pinpoint is an applicant tracking system for coordinating hiring across roles, teams, locations, and candidate groups. Its process coverage runs from workforce planning and candidate attraction through engagement, selection, and onboarding. Teams can use a branded careers site, distribute jobs to boards, communicate with applicants, build talent pools, schedule interviews, use scorecards, manage offers, and create reports. Resume parsing and workflow automation are included. Pinpoint says its AI reads, summarizes, and drafts information to support decisions, while people remain decision-makers. Native tools include background checks, one-way video interviews, reference checks, and interview transcription. The platform offers pre-built integrations and an open API for connecting recruitment and HR systems. Access options are web, API, and extension. Authentication includes TOTP two-factor authentication, SSO through Azure AD or Entra ID, Google Workspace, or SAML providers, plus SCIM provisioning. Pinpoint describes ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and SOC 2 Type II certifications. Customers retain submitted-data ownership and can export it with the custom report builder.
