Pagefreezer is a SaaS platform for preserving website, social media, SMS and corporate chat content in searchable archives intended for evidentiary use. Its website archiving captures changing pages and dynamic elements such as images, form flows and videos without software installation. Social media capture uses platform-specific APIs to record posts, edits, deletions, comments, reactions and metadata in real time. Users can search archived content by text and replay it in its original setting; website snapshots can also be compared side by side. Retention policies are configurable, and website content can be exported as PDF, CSV or eDiscovery-compatible formats. The suite archives Microsoft Teams, Workplace from Meta, Yammer and Salesforce Chatter, and integrates with GovQA for open records request workflows. WebPreserver, a browser plug-in, captures publicly accessible websites and social content for export as searchable OCR PDFs, MHTML or WARC files. Access controls include SSO, two-factor authentication, IP allowlisting and user, group and role management. Pricing is by custom quote, based on factors such as websites or accounts, storage requirements and features.
