What OnVoard is
OnVoard combines email marketing with review, loyalty, restock-alert, recommendation, popup, and onsite tools for ecommerce stores. Its apps—Marketing Platform, ActionPop, AOV Progress Bar, Back In Stock, Reviews, Reperks, and Product Recommender—use shared customer records, catalog information, and store history, so activity in one can inform the others. The suite is available on the web and through an API, with native apps listed for Shopify, BigCommerce, EasyStore, and Wix. Marketing Platform supports automation and audience segmentation, and can send through Sendgrid or Postmark. Marketing Platform pricing is based on active contacts and sends, with extra sends costing $1 per 1,000 and unused monthly email allowances not carrying forward. All-In-One is listed at $24.90 per month for an example of 5,000 active contacts and 5,000 monthly sends. OnVoard lists a subscriber limit of 10,000. Its security information describes HTTPS, hashed passwords, encrypted third-party credentials, and daily database backups to encrypted EU storage.
