Notary Launchpad provides branded websites and business tools for mobile notary, courier, apostille, and field inspection services. Its web dashboard includes order and client management, payment processing, reporting, and automated notifications. Mobile notaries can offer online booking and set mileage-based pricing, service-area limits, and additional on-site charges. Courier orders support one pickup and up to 10 delivery destinations, with per-stop distance pricing and delivery photo documentation. Apostille workflows include qualification screening, shipping labels, QR-code order lookup, and multi-stage tracking. Field inspection orders can gather picture, text-only, video, or live video conference reports, with uploads and notes in the customer account. Courier, apostille, and field inspection services can be offered without a notary commission; mobile notary services require a commission. The platform no longer offers remote online notarization and focuses on business tools and in-person services. A 30-day trial does not require a payment method to begin. After the first 30 days, the plan costs $24.95 a month, with full platform access, no setup fee, no usage charges, and no company revenue share.
