A notary creates a session, uploads documents, meets signers by video, and downloads completed signed and notarized files. Identity proofing can use analysis of a valid driver’s license or ID together with a knowledge-based authentication test. Participants receive session details and joining links by email or text. X.509 signing certificates authenticate a notary and create tamper-evident seals, while sign-in uses a two-factor code. Company owners can invite users, manage roles, upload seals and signatures, and customize branding and messages. Monthly invoices can be paid by card, ACH, or check. Pay-per-use billing is $16, paid once per notarization, with a $48 cap per session for the first three notarizations; notarizations four through 15 are free. A 2-year certificate costs $50, paid once. There is no free plan.
