What Northland Meet Me Conference is
Northland Meet Me Conference is a web-based dial-in audio bridge where participants connect after a moderator joins. Moderators enter through Northland’s Meet Me Conference web login and can view participants, mute or drop callers, lock the conference, create a directory, review call history, and record or play recordings. Call settings include joining announcements and tones, full-capacity notifications, rejection tones, and music on hold. Moderators and participants use access codes, while participants wait on hold until the moderator arrives. The manual allows up to 10 recordings and 20 minutes of total recording space, with recordings automatically deleted after 60 days. Plans are $7/month for up to 10 participants, $10/month for up to 25, and $25/month for up to 100. Northland states that the bridge is no longer available for purchase or support from January 21, 2026, with support ending January 31, 2026. Webex Meeting is its suggested replacement for most audio-only needs.

Who it suits
It suits organizations needing moderator-controlled dial-in conferences with recording and call-management options. Because Northland has ended purchase and support, new buyers should consider the stated replacement guidance.
Verdict
Meet Me Conference provides detailed moderator controls, coded access, and recording for audio conferences. Its discontinuation makes it unsuitable for new deployments, so Northland’s Webex Meeting guidance matters to organizations replacing it.
