What Mon Ami is

Mon Ami is a cloud data system purpose-built for aging and disability service providers. Its case management keeps care plans, assessments, services, and notes in one connected client record. Related modules cover billing, information and assistance, enhanced assessments, OAAPS, ombudsman, provider portal, and Medicaid administrative claiming. Billing supports EDI 837P and 837I submissions to Medicaid and managed care organizations, including through an existing clearinghouse. The case management product describes an open REST API, HL7 FHIR R4, and integrations with state systems, health information exchanges, and EHRs. The provider portal lets contracted providers view shared client information, receive authorizations, report services, and manage credentials. Mon Ami says the service meets WCAG 2.1 AA and was tested with JAWS and NVDA. It states that PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest, data is hosted in U.S. regions, and annual independent SOC 2 Type II audits are conducted. Pricing is on request and scoped to agency needs.
