MailTag
MailTag sorts incoming email into categories in an inbox a user already uses.
What MailTag is
MailTag sorts incoming email into categories in an inbox a user already uses. Users can choose its existing categories or describe their own in one line. It supports Gmail, Google Workspace, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, and IMAP inboxes, and checks for new mail every five minutes. Existing messages can be labeled in one pass without being deleted. Users can review senders and domains, then unsubscribe, archive, or apply a label rule, with confirmation and undo available. MailTag says email is processed in memory on its own hardware in Germany, without being sent to outside services or stored as content. Per-category webhooks are available on paid plans, and the Business plan includes an HTTP Triage API. Free covers one mailbox and 100 labeled emails per month. Solo costs $6.59 a year, billed $79 once a year; Pro costs $14.08 a year, billed $169 once a year; Business costs $36.58 a year, billed $439 once a year. The site offers seven days of Pro without a credit card, after which accounts move to Free unless a paid plan is selected.
