Mailproof
Mailproof is a Gmail email tracker available through a web service and Chrome extension.
What Mailproof is
Mailproof is a Gmail email tracker available through a web service and Chrome extension. It reports when a message is opened, how many times it was opened, and which links recipients click; users can also compose and schedule emails. Free users receive a daily activity digest, while Pro users get instant desktop alerts. The privacy policy says Mailproof does not access email body content, but it does collect tracking metadata such as recipient, subject, opens, and clicks. It says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with primary processing in the United States. Tracking records are retained for 12 months; account deletion removes data within 30 days, though backups may remain for up to 90 days. Recipient privacy protections such as Apple Mail Privacy Protection may prevent tracking. The free plan allows 50 tracked emails and 10 tracked links monthly; Pro is $3.99/mo (annual) or $4.99 per month.
