Lynk
Lynk is a web platform for managing academic conference submissions, peer review, decisions and programmes.
What Lynk is
Lynk is a web platform for managing academic conference submissions, peer review, decisions and programmes. Papers, reviews, decisions, revisions, camera-ready files and session schedules stay connected through the conference workflow. Organizers can build review forms with scales, yes-or-no questions and free-text criteria, and enable double-blind review so authors and reviewers remain anonymous to one another. Roles are assigned separately for each conference, allowing someone to chair one event, review for another and submit to a third. The platform has dashboards for chairs and organizers, reviewers and authors. Paper uploads support PDF and DOCX files up to 100 MB, and organizers can restrict accepted formats. Accepted authors can replace camera-ready files, with organizers able to see the latest version’s date and time. Organizers can edit automated emails and use variables such as author name and paper title; chairs can send announcements to selected groups and pin notes. Lynk is available in English, French and Arabic, including right-to-left layout. Submitting, reviewing and chairing are always free; the first published conference is free.
