What LightLeaderboard is

LightLeaderboard provides real-time global game leaderboards through a REST API. Developers can choose high-score or low-score wins and set all-time, weekly, or monthly ranking periods. Scores can be grouped by season and filtered by team, while player profiles and score metadata support rank and score-history retrieval. Its analytics dashboard tracks active players, score submissions, top countries, and rank changes. Webhooks can notify developers about new top scores, personal bests, and rank milestones. Security features include HMAC-SHA256 score signing, per-key rate limits, and score bounds; the documentation says API keys and score secrets should remain server-side. The maker offers a TypeScript-first JavaScript SDK and a Godot 4 GDScript plugin, as well as examples or guides for Kaboom.js, Phaser, PixiJS, Unity, and Unreal. The Free plan covers one game and up to 100 unique players. Pro is $19 a month and lists unlimited games and players, JSON data export, priority support, and seven-day data grace after cancellation.
