Interactiva is web-based event floor planning software for creating to-scale layouts, arranging furniture, managing seating, and viewing events in 3D. Users can choose an available venue or build a floor plan from room dimensions, check spacing, and reuse layouts. The 3D view can be customised with colours, finishes, and décor, and the design team can create bespoke 3D models of venues, furniture, products, and décor. Guest management supports assigning people to tables and seats and recording menu choices, dietary requirements, and notes. Users can share event designs, manage access and permissions, and export plans and event information. Floor-plan and guest-list imports are supported, along with shared team collaboration. Listed monthly plans begin with STARTER at £25 /mo, followed by PREMIUM at £40 /mo and ULTIMATE at £60 /mo; their user, event, catalogue, and support provisions differ. HOTEL and CONFERENCE CENTERS plans offer unlimited events, two spaces, and custom catalogues, but no prices are listed. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, and cancellation can result in immediate content deletion.
