Its sourcing tools search the open web and a candidate network described as covering more than 45 channels and 1 billion profiles. Applicant Review compares resumes with job descriptions and highlights relevant evidence using profile context. Applicant Screening conducts an initial phone conversation through an AI-led interaction, then provides conversation highlights and job-fit analysis. Scheduling Automation coordinates interview calendars and rescheduling for candidates and participants. The platform runs on the web, through an API, and as a browser extension that works with ATS, email, and calendar tools. A partner directory lists more than 100 integrations across recruiting and workplace systems. hireEZ also offers contact enrichment, AI candidate search, and candidate outreach. The Solo recruiter plan costs $494 a month with a 7-day free trial. There is no free plan.
