Harmony Employee Offboarding is a paid, scheduled workflow for coordinating employee departures across IT and HR. It detects upcoming end dates in HiBob, Workday, or BambooHR, normally 14 days ahead, and creates a parent offboarding ticket with linked child tasks. Example work includes account termination, VPN and physical access removal, asset return, factory resets, ownership transfer, exit interviews, final payroll, and benefits termination. Harmony retrieves company-owned assets assigned to the departing employee and pre-populates the return checklist. Administrators can enable or disable child tickets, assign desks, set priorities, and time each task relative to the termination date. The workflow tracks linked ticket status and sends the manager a configurable notice when all selected tasks are resolved. Slack and Teams are named notification channels. Harmony describes policy guardrails, named human approval for sensitive actions, least-privilege integration access, and per-run audit logs. It says customer data is not used to train AI models and is stored in AWS data centers in the United States.
