What GroomCard is

GroomCard is a browser-based client records and online booking service built for dog grooming salons. Salon records can capture each dog’s breed, allergies, vaccinations, grooming notes, photos, and visit and price history. Clients can book appointments according to salon rules for business hours, dog size and service length, with manual or automatic approval. A calendar, visit history and numbered receipts help salons keep track of appointments. Revenue can be reviewed for a selected period and broken down by what earned it; no-shows are not counted. Client, dog, visit, receipt and revenue records can be exported to Excel. The pricing page lists email reminders to clients the day before appointments. GroomCard works in a browser on desktop, tablet or phone without installation. The maker says each salon’s records are separated from other salons’ data. The free plan is listed as free and allows up to 10 clients and 10 online bookings a month. Pro plans offer unlimited clients, dogs and bookings for $22 a month or $190 a year.
