Form Workflow Plus automates approval processes built with Google Forms and Google Sheets. Workflows can use multiple approval levels and several conditions at each step. Approvers can act from an email with one click or handle requests in bulk from a dashboard. Separate views let creators manage workflows, approvers review requests, and requesters find forms and see activity history. The service includes customizable approval forms, static or dynamic email recipients, reviewer reminders, reports for each workflow, and activity records. Google Drive attachments remain available to reviewers, while Forms and Sheets are linked within the workflow. The maker says form, sheet, and attachment contents stay in the customer’s Google Workspace account; the service stores workflow responses and limited account and form metadata. Sign-in uses Google OAuth 2.0 with limited scopes. Plans include Standard at $300 a year, Premium at $990 a year, and education plans at 190.00 or $590 a year. A 15-day trial is available.
