Follett Work Orders is a cloud system for centralizing facility maintenance requests and records, with web and Android access. Its Facilities AI Assistant can answer plain-language questions about work orders and operations, and turn email requests into structured, prioritized work orders. Teams can customize approval routes by request type or facility for maintenance and custodial requests. The system can store work order history, assets, preventive maintenance schedules, photos, O&M manuals, and knowledge base articles. Asset management includes a QR code generator, while inventory tracking can send automated low-stock updates. Optional modules include Preventative Maintenance and an Issues Module, which tracks issues and calculates replacement-cost data including Facility Condition Index. Submitters can provide satisfaction-survey feedback on completed work. Work Orders supports Google and Microsoft SSO, ClassLink, SAML authentication with Google, Microsoft Azure, and Okta, plus device syncing with several management systems.
