Eventscript is web-based event management software for planning and coordinating events in a shared workspace. Teams work from digital event scripts that update in real time as plans change, and can include external partners and suppliers. Planning tools include timelines, tasks, calendars, templates, and instructions for different teams. A room designer supports layouts with tables, seating, stages, and bars, and users can import floor plans. Guest tools allow spreadsheet imports, tracking dietary requirements and allergies, assigning seats, and checking guests in with tablets. Documents can be attached directly to events. The free plan includes all features but allows only one upcoming event at a time. Paid plans list unlimited users, teams, contacts, and events: Yearly costs $76.47 a month when paid yearly, while Monthly costs $91.75 a month when paid month by month.
