EventDraw
EventDraw is web-based software for drawing event diagrams and venue floor plans.
What EventDraw is
EventDraw is web-based software for drawing event diagrams and venue floor plans. Event planners and venue teams can create 2D and 3D layouts with drag-and-drop design, including dinner-dance, theatre, cocktail, and classroom arrangements. Plans can contain furniture, AV equipment, props, and seating plans, and existing floor plans can be imported. The maker lists 5,000 furniture shapes and allows custom shapes. Photorealistic 3D visualizations provide realistic previews for clients. Teams and clients can change plans in real time, share ideas, and give feedback. Venues can embed EventDraw in their websites so customers can view plans in 2D or 3D. The maker identifies planners, venue owners, venue teams, stadiums, convention centres, government, and performing arts venues as users. The All Packages plan lists unlimited users, plans, guest lists, and no lock-in contracts, with up to 10,000+ event plans yearly. Pricing is on request.
