What Engage Process is

Engage Process is a process management platform for mapping and analysing workflows to support organisational improvement. Its Modeler uses drag-and-drop mapping to create current and future process maps, checks syntax, and provides calculations and side-by-side comparisons to assess proposed changes. An AI import feature turns documents containing process descriptions or images into process maps. Teams can import BPMN 2.0 maps from applications such as BPMOne and Microsoft Visio, then export maps in BPMN, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF formats. Publishing a process from Modeler to Viewer creates a digital handbook with work instructions, details, and links to the organisation’s IT environment. The platform supports process documentation, version history, and single sign-on when included. It runs on Android, iOS, web, and Windows. Subscriptions include phone or email support and unlimited Azure data storage. A free 30-day Modeler trial is available. Modeler Professional costs $78 a month for one user; Modeler Team costs $119 a month for three accounts, with one user logged in at a time.
