Tenants can track requests, while operators can email work orders to vendors and engineers and choose from a preferred-vendor list. The module automates recurring processes and recurring work orders, shows work on a calendar, tracks expenses, and supports charging costs back to tenants. Reports cover assigned work and can organize records by building, tenant, suite, vendor, or status. Integrations with the Datex platform and MRI/Yardi support reporting and workflow automation; the module also connects with Datex Site Visits, buildings, tenants, and vendors. Datex lists mobile access, inspection tools, recurring maintenance, vendor management, and work-order management. A 30-day experience uses the customer’s live data and includes training and support.
