What BagEvent is

BagEvent provides event websites, registration, ticketing and payments, on-site check-in and badges, and reporting for conferences, corporate events, and trade shows. Staff can use Android and iPhone check-in apps or desktop apps for Windows 10 or later and macOS on Apple silicon or Intel. Check-in can continue offline by scanning an event roster downloaded in advance, with queued records syncing when the connection returns. Ticket sales have a 0% platform fee and settle to the organizer’s own Stripe or PayPal account. The Pro plan costs $99 per month billed annually or $129 per month billed monthly; it includes five events per month, up to 1,000 attendees per event, five team members, and one custom domain. Business costs $479 per month billed annually or $599 monthly, and includes API and webhooks. The API reads attendee and order data but cannot create registrations or change orders. A 14-day Pro trial requires no credit card, though paid-ticket use is limited to 50 registrations, $10 per order, and $500 total.
