What Azolla FM is

Azolla FM is a cloud-based connected CAFM and IoT platform for managing facilities, maintenance, assets, contractors and compliance. It supports reactive work orders and recurring planned preventative maintenance, while asset records hold service histories and related maintenance information. Contractor tools coordinate activity and documentation, and Permit to Work digitises permits for higher-risk activities. Technicians can use the mobile app to manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, upload documents and asset photos, and access tagged assets through NFC on most modern smartphones. Sensor monitoring covers occupancy, leaks, temperature, humidity, air quality and plant rooms, with alerts and predictive maintenance use cases. Azolla describes its platform as sensor-agnostic and says its API can integrate with any sensor. Support options include an online portal, ongoing email support and optional team training. It serves facilities teams and service providers in sectors including healthcare, education, property management, HVAC, manufacturing and hospitality. Pricing is on request; an estimator gives an estimated price of €150 a month, with onboarding and IoT sensor costs dependent on the use case.
