What allMAINT is

allMAINT is maintenance management software for industrial teams, serving small and medium businesses through multi-site groups. It handles equipment records, work requests, preventive maintenance, spare-parts stock, purchasing, and maintenance indicators. Organizations can install it on their own hardware or use allMAINT Web, a browser-based SaaS service hosted in France. The on-premise edition keeps data within the company and works without an internet connection. Its Android app supports interventions, stock movements, equipment records, and meter readings, including offline entry followed by synchronization. On-premise licences include the same features, while simultaneous connections depend on the licence; web connection limits are set by contract. Etobvie offers custom data transfers and communication bridges with other applications, including ERP systems. The on-premise administrator module provides permissions, access rights, password controls, and action logging. Optional maintenance support includes telephone and email assistance, remote support under supervision, and access to new versions during a current 12-month contract. A free, complete on-premise trial can use the customer’s own equipment. Pricing is on request, and there is no free plan.
