AlignX Vendor and Contract Management connects supplier intake, contracts, obligations, renewals, performance and risk across the supplier lifecycle.
What AlignX Vendor and Contract Management is
AlignX Vendor and Contract Management connects supplier intake, contracts, obligations, renewals, performance and risk across the supplier lifecycle. It supports assessment, negotiation support, execution, obligation tracking, renewal and exit. Contract records can cover versions, amendments, terms, approvals, renewal windows, notice periods and auto-renewal risks. Obligations have an owner and due date, and recurring obligations continue until the contract ends. Configurable supplier assessments cover Modern Slavery, cyber, privacy, ESG and financial viability, with evidence capture and automatic risk scoring. Contract value, terms, rate cards, invoices and performance can be compared on the contract record, although invoice matching remains in the finance system. Two-way integrations are offered for Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, SAP, Oracle, TechnologyOne, DocuSign and Adobe Sign. AlignX runs on Microsoft Power Platform inside the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant using Dataverse. Security uses Microsoft Entra ID and Dataverse role-based controls, with conditional access, MFA, device policy and Dataverse auditing applying. It uses the customer’s Dataverse region, with Australian regions available for government and enterprise deployments. Pricing is scoped to the products and services selected; onboarding, training and ongoing support are included with every implementation.
