It handles online registration, student profiles, enrollment history, family accounts, and class rosters. Scheduling tools enroll students and flag conflicts involving students, instructors, or rooms. Studios can use free texting and two-way messaging for announcements and direct messages. Billing features support automated tuition, recurring charges, balance tracking, and online payments through Stripe; the stated processing rate is 3.5% plus $0.30 per transaction. Akada Studio and Akada Portal apps let users take attendance, view schedules, enroll, message, and pay on mobile devices. Performance tools cover recital scheduling, costume sizing and billing, dancer spacing, and keeping family members together.
