Its CRM ties inspectors’ field data to office workflows. For bookings, entering an address prompts AEYES to pull year built, square footage, beds, and baths from public records, then price the job using the company’s service list. Dispatch ranks inspectors by location, workload, and qualification, and continues monitoring after booking. Agreements can be sent with booking confirmations for e-signature, with fees, invoices, and card payments associated with the inspection. Companies can build branded report templates with sections, required components, and introductory copy. A client portal gives clients and agents access to agreements, scheduling, messages, reports, and invoices, and lets them make repair request lists from report defects. The mobile app queues captures offline and syncs them when the device reconnects. AEYES is available on Android, iOS, and web.
