Xiaomi is taking the Indian television market by storm with the launch of its latest product. In a bold move, the company has announced that it will be unveiling a new series of Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro at the Smarter Living 2023 event on April 13. This television series will be the first of its kind to feature a unique operating system – Google TV OS. Xiaomi is proud to promote this upcoming TV as a perfect blend of aesthetics and technology, as it is ‘Designed by Xiaomi. Powered by Google.’ Get ready for an immersive viewing experience like never before!
Xiaomi said the upcoming launch of the Smart TV X Pro series will be nothing short of a revolution in the Indian television market. The brand has promised to deliver a stunning viewing experience with a metal bezel-less design and an even higher screen-to-body ratio. The 4K panel will be equipped with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision IQ to give viewers a vivid and lifelike experience. The sound quality will also be top-notch with 40W speakers that support Dolby Atmos and DTS: X. The television will also feature a voice control enabled Bluetooth remote control for easy access. While the brand has kept the sizes under wraps, it is expected that the Pro version will come in a range of sizes to suit everyone’s needs.
Xiaomi has been a pioneer in the Indian smart TV market since 2018 when it launched its first models with AOSP-based software. However, the company quickly moved to using Android TV in the region, and more recently, it launched its first Fire TV-based television in India just last month. Despite facing stiff competition from established players in the market, Xiaomi’s smart TV offerings have proven popular among Indian consumers due to their affordable pricing and feature-rich offerings. With the upcoming launch of the Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro series, the company is looking to further cement its position in the Indian smart TV market.
