Most AI stem splitters give you one combined vocal stem, not one file per singer. For genuinely separate singer tracks, start with Sencial API, whose listed features include source separation and diarization; for a phone-friendly vocal stem, use Moises, LALAL.AI, Fadr or BandLab Splitter, then split the combined vocal manually in an audio editor.
What “Multiple Singers” Means In Practice
A duet or choir can have overlapping voices, harmonies and shared reverb. The listed stem splitters document vocal-versus-instrument separation, but they do not document singer-by-singer output. Treat any result as a vocal stem unless the vendor explicitly confirms diarization or separate speakers. Keep the original recording, because artifacts are harder to repair after export.

Step-By-Step Xiaomi Workflow
1. Prepare A Legal, High-Quality Source
- Use a recording you own or have permission to process. If the singers are identifiable, obtain their consent before cloning, isolating or publishing their voices.

3. Extract One Combined Vocal Stem On Your Xiaomi Phone
- Open Moises, LALAL.AI, Fadr or BandLab Splitter using the platform each listing supports.
- Upload the working copy and choose the vocal or vocal-and-instrument separation option shown by that service. Preview the result before exporting; the listings do not establish that any of these services separates singer A from singer B.
- Export the cleanest vocal stem available. Moises documents MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A and OGG exports; LALAL.AI documents previews and selectable neural networks; Fadr documents MP3 downloads on Basic and WAV downloads on Plus; BandLab documents audio or MIDI export. Check the vendor screen for the exact option on your plan.
4. Use A Free Alternative When Needed
- For a browser-only attempt, use VocaSplitter. It lists unlimited splits without an account and two-, three- and five-stem modes, with ZIP or individual WAV downloads. Its listing warns that processing can time out on files over about 15 minutes.
- For computer-based offline work, use Ultimate Vocal Remover. It lists Windows, macOS and Linux support, two-, four- and six-stem modes, batch processing and WAV, FLAC and MP3 export. It does not list Android support.
5. Separate The Singers Manually
- Load the exported vocal stem into an audio editor that can cut, mute and move regions. The tools listed here do not document a Xiaomi editor with automatic singer assignment, so choose an editor separately and verify its platform.
- Mark sections where only one singer is audible and place them on separate tracks. For overlapping lines, duplicate the vocal region, reduce the unwanted singer by volume or automation where audible, and crossfade at line changes.
- Keep harmony and chorus sections labeled as “mixed” when both voices remain. Do not call them isolated singer tracks unless the voices are actually separated.
6. Check The Result On Headphones And Phone Speakers
- Listen for syllables from the other singer, metallic warbling, missing consonants and reverb tails.
- Compare the vocal stem against the original at the same starting point so timing errors are obvious.
- Export a separate preview for each singer and keep the mixed vocal as a reference.
