Overview

RFP360.AI brings buyer and supplier RFP work into one AI-assisted platform, making it a fit for organizations that need structured evaluation as well as proposal drafting. Its breadth is appealing, but response and publishing caps constrain smaller plans, and AI output still calls for human judgment.

Buyers can build RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with templates, approval workflows, and configurable scoring. Suppliers can draw on reusable knowledge-base content when drafting responses. AI scoring, outlier detection, executive summaries, and analytics extend the workflow, though they support rather than replace decisions.

Key features

Buyer-side templates and approval steps suit teams that want a repeatable solicitation process; configurable scoring helps keep evaluation tied to chosen criteria. Supplier responses are collected through a portal, and reusable answers and attachments can reduce repeated drafting. That structure is valuable, but low monthly response limits mean frequent bidders should check quotas before committing.

AI evaluates responses against criteria, highlights outliers, and produces executive summaries. Win-rate and engagement tracking, vendor benchmarking, supplier scorecards, and historical analysis give teams several ways to review performance and compare bids. The registration agreement warns that AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased, so the platform is not a substitute for validation and accountable decision-making.

Security measures include AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, SSO, audit trails, access logs, version histories, and controls for data residency and retention. The privacy policy says personal data is neither used nor shared with third parties to train AI models. Plan descriptions include two-way Google Drive and OneDrive sync; the buyer intelligence plan also names Salesforce and HubSpot.

Pricing

Free plans are available on both sides, and the registration page offers a 30-day trial with full feature access, no credit card required, a dedicated customer success manager, and 24/7 support and training resources. The free options are tightly capped: Supplier Free allows one response and one seat, while Buyer Free allows one published RFP and up to one seat. They are useful for a limited first workflow, not ongoing team use.

The Pay-per-RFP plan costs 100.00 USD per RFP and includes up to 50 reusable answers or attachments, one teammate, and 200 AI credits. It avoids a monthly commitment, but its single-teammate allowance and per-RFP charge are less suited to collaborative, recurring work.

Monthly supplier plans start at Supplier Starter for 199.00 USD per month, with two responses and up to two seats. Supplier Professional is 299.00 USD per month for three responses and up to three seats. Supplier Enterprise is 399.00 USD per month for five responses and up to three seats. A separate Supplier pro plan also costs 399.00 USD per month, with five responses, up to five seats, and 1,000 AI credits. The similar names and different seat allowances make it important to compare the two 399.00 USD options against team size and credit needs.

Buyer intelligence plan costs 499.00 USD per month and includes up to five seats and 1,200 AI credits. Buyer Intelligence has custom pricing, with five RFP publishes per month and up to five seats. Custom enterprise plan uses custom pricing based on needs and adds custom integrations and API, a dedicated account manager, personalized onboarding, and priority support. Paid plans are billed monthly unless the per-RFP or custom terms apply; the published plans do not establish a renewal term.

Platforms

RFP360.AI is available on the web and through an API. That gives browser-based teams a direct route to the product and leaves an API option for organizations whose workflows need integration.

Who it's for

The maker targets government and public-sector organizations, suppliers and vendors, enterprises, and mid-market and growth companies. It is strongest for teams that want buyer and supplier processes, evaluation, and analytics under one roof. A supplier with only occasional bids may find the free or per-RFP option more appropriate; organizations that need more than five monthly responses or publishes should assess whether a custom arrangement fits.

Pros and cons

Pros: Buyer and supplier workflows share one platform, with templates, approvals, a response portal, and configurable scoring.
Pros: Reusable supplier content and evaluation analytics can support repeat bids and structured comparisons.
Pros: The 30-day trial includes full feature access without requiring a credit card.
Cons: Free plans allow just one response or one published RFP, each with one seat.
Cons: The named monthly supplier plans top out at five responses, limiting their fit for high-volume bidders.
Cons: AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased, leaving users responsible for checking outputs and making decisions.

Verdict

Choose RFP360.AI if your organization needs coordinated buyer and supplier workflows, reusable proposal content, and AI-supported evaluation in one system. Its strongest case is that broad process coverage; look elsewhere if your response volume exceeds the published caps, or if you need AI output to function as a final decision rather than a tool requiring review.
