Overview

ClassWolf is a cloud platform for schools that run recurring activities, from dance and martial arts to music and languages. It suits schools that need enrollment, attendance and class-pass administration alongside their schedules. Its strongest case is bringing those linked tasks together; schools that need a substantial free tier will quickly hit its caps.

Key features

Recurring sessions are generated on a calendar and stay synchronized when a course changes. That reduces the burden of maintaining a live schedule, especially for schools with many repeat classes. Attendance is designed for mobile use, with present, absent, late and excused statuses, inline walk-ins and automatic saving—useful for teachers taking a register on the move.

Public, branded course pages give schools enrollment links, seat counts and waitlists, with automatic promotion and confirmation emails when places open. Class packs, time-based passes and unlimited memberships track expiry and remaining balances. Together, these tools cover the path from booking to participation and payment entitlements rather than treating scheduling as an isolated job.

Teacher earnings can be calculated using fixed fees or a percentage of collected fees, then exported in monthly reports. ClassWolf can send collections to invoicing software such as Holded; EU electronic invoicing integrations for Verifactu and SDI are included with Pro. Starter includes a Telegram bot for classes, attendance and time clock; Pro adds push alerts. The staff app and automated emails support English, Spanish, Italian, French and German.

Schools can request free migration from an existing platform, and ClassWolf can build a public-facing website connected to enrollment. It uses passwordless magic links. Its privacy policy describes TLS encryption, encryption at rest where supported, role-based tenant access, network isolation, backups and audit logging. ClassWolf acts as a GDPR processor for school-uploaded data, hosts customer data on EU infrastructure and allows export at any time. These are useful safeguards for student records, though schools remain responsible for choosing a platform that meets their own requirements.

Pricing

Cub is free, but its ceiling is low: up to 3 courses, 3 disciplines, 3 teachers and 30 students. It excludes fee collection, reports, communications and online payments, so it is best treated as a small-scale starting point rather than a complete operating system for a school.

Starter costs €99/mo and removes the listed caps on students, courses, teachers and disciplines. It is the practical choice for schools that need room to grow and the core operating features, including the Telegram bot.

Pro costs €149/mo and adds EU electronic invoicing, a custom domain and unlimited video hosting. Online payments are coming soon, so schools should not choose Pro on the assumption that this feature is already available. No free trial is offered.

Platforms

ClassWolf is web-based, with booking channels across web and mobile.

Who it's for

ClassWolf is a good fit for schools running recurring group activities that want scheduling, enrollment, waitlists, attendance and pass balances in one cloud service. Its language coverage and migration offer can help schools moving from an existing platform. Very small schools can try Cub, but its 30-student cap and exclusion of fee collection and communications make it restrictive; schools needing a free, fully featured operation should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pro: Schedule changes synchronize with generated recurring sessions, reducing calendar upkeep for repeat courses.
Pro: Enrollment, waitlists, attendance and pass balances connect key administration tasks in one platform.
Pro: Free migration and EU-hosted, exportable data lower switching friction and support data portability.
Con: Cub is limited to 30 students and omits fee collection, reports, communications and online payments.
Con: Starter begins at €99/mo, a meaningful step up for schools that outgrow the free caps.
Con: Online payments are not yet available, despite being an important part of many class-booking workflows.

Alternatives

For a smaller operation focused on appointment bookings, Resovu has a free plan with 3 services, 45 bookings per month and 1 team member; its Starter plan is €12.00 per month for 10 services, 300 bookings per month and 3 team members. Its booking quotas and card fee of 2,9 % + €0,15 on Free may suit a limited service roster, but ClassWolf is more directly organized around recurring school courses and attendance.

YogaCRM is an alternative for teachers who want Android and iOS apps as well as web access, with a free trial and a Solo Teacher plan priced at $10 per month.

DANZ is a paid alternative with Android, iOS, macOS, web and Windows access; its DANZ Solo plan is €49/month excluding VAT, with no commitment and monthly cancellation.

Arketa is worth considering if native Android and iOS access and a free trial matter; its Individual plan costs $49 per month billed annually and carries a 3% transaction fee plus Stripe fees.

Eversports Manager has native Android and iOS apps as well as web access. Its Light plan is €49 per month with annual billing and a limit of 49 bookings per month.

Pike13 is a paid option with Android, iOS, API and web access; its Essential plan is $159 per month on a 12-month contract.

Glofox is another paid alternative, with Android and iOS access and custom pricing.

Gymcatch may suit a studio seeking a low monthly price: its plan is £10.00 per month for unlimited bookings, customers and team members, with £2.00-per-month bolt-ons.

Verdict

Choose ClassWolf if your school runs recurring courses and needs enrollment, waitlists, mobile attendance and pass tracking tied to the same schedule. Its connected administration and uncapped Starter plan are the main reasons to pay for it. Look elsewhere if you need online payments today, or if Cub’s strict limits make the €99/mo step to Starter hard to justify.
