Overview

AiSensy is a WhatsApp marketing and engagement platform built on official WhatsApp APIs. It combines outbound campaigns with tools for managing incoming customer conversations, including chatbots, AI agents and live-chat handoff. Businesses can also bring people into WhatsApp through Click-to-WhatsApp ads and collect information with WhatsApp Forms.

Broadcasts can be scheduled up to two months ahead and organized across multiple messaging categories. For replies, businesses can use drag-and-drop chatbot flows or AI agents that AiSensy says can understand context and handle conversations around the clock. Human handoff is available when a conversation needs a person. Lead qualification, conversation routing and marketing journeys are also supported.

Verdict

AiSensy brings WhatsApp campaigns and conversation handling together, with options spanning broadcasts, drag-and-drop chatbots, AI agents and human handoff. Its free plan provides an entry point, while monthly plans cover broader campaign and automation needs; separate conversation credits and fair-use limits should be included when estimating total use. Businesses evaluating it should also match the specific builder or messaging allowance they need to the relevant plan, since the AI and chatbot builders have separate listed prices.
