Wysa for Work gives employees anonymous, on-demand mental wellbeing support through AI guidance and self-guided resources. The Teams offering is intended for organizations with 200 employees or fewer, with a plan form accepting 5 to 200 users. Employees can use a private space for reflection and wellbeing practice 24/7, with unlimited access described on the Teams page. Its library has more than 150 exercises, sleep stories, sounds, and meditations. Wysa says its AI directs users to exercises based on their needs and concerns, including everyday stress, low mood, motivation, and energy. Employers receive population-level dashboards that Wysa says cannot identify individuals or data traceable to them. Wysa reports audited ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019 certifications, Cyber Essentials certification, and compliance with NHS DSP Toolkit standards. It says data is transmitted using TLS and stored on UK servers with AES-256 encryption. The plan costs $50 a year per employee, billed annually, and the service is available on Android, iOS, and web. Wysa states it is not designed for crises or medical emergencies and does not provide medical or clinical advice.
