What WinX is

WinX combines hotel property management, point of sale, ticketing, spa, food and beverage, finance, and HR on one hospitality platform. It is intended for city hotels, resorts, theme and water parks, aquarium parks, hotel groups, serviced apartments, and operators combining property types. A single installation can serve multiple properties with property-specific configurations, shared staff access for authorized properties, and consolidated group reporting. The same product can be deployed cloud-hosted, on-premise, or in a hybrid setup. Mobile apps include Hotel Staff, POS/Waiter, Fast Food, and Guest. Listed integrations include payment services such as PayMaya, iPay88, Linkly, MPGS, and Stripe, as well as Smart TV, PABX, biometric, digital door lock, Firebase push, Telegram, and WhatsApp integrations. WinX includes Malaysian MyInvois digital invoicing with digital signatures and BIR-oriented receipt data support for the Philippines. Its listed security features include role-based access, audit trails recording employee ID and timestamp, encrypted session management, SSL-aware configuration, and DKIM-signed transactional emails.
