What VaultMe Email Migration Tool is
VaultMe Email Migration Tool moves mailboxes between email systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Gmail, Outlook.com, Zoho Mail, Zimbra, GoDaddy, IMAP, AOL, Yahoo Mail, and Comcast. It is designed for administrator-led migrations of 5–500 accounts, including staged and tenant-to-tenant moves. Administrators can authorize accounts, map mailboxes, run jobs in parallel, schedule migrations, track progress, and trigger sync-ups. Before a migration, VaultMe checks access, destination storage, licenses, and permissions; downloadable Excel reports provide item-level results. It copies email to the destination while leaving the original mailbox unchanged, and aims to retain folders, labels, attachments, formatting, dates, times, and other metadata. Calendar and contacts migration are also supported. The browser-based service needs no downloads, installations, agents, servers, or virtual machines. There is no traditional free trial, but users can review migration scope, readiness, projected duration, and final price before paying.
