What Treatflow is

Treatflow is web-based massage practice software made in Austria and developed and supported in Europe. It combines client records, digital intake and consent forms, treatment notes, appointment booking and reminders for therapists and studios. Clients can book online at any time without a booking commission. Forms, notes and other documentation stay with each client’s record, while automatic WhatsApp and email reminders are available in the Booking plan. Basic includes digital forms and signatures, treatment documentation, voice notes, photos, team notes and tasks, a shop, reports, staff roles and email support, but no appointment scheduling. Booking adds staff and room calendars, a waitlist, workflows, discount codes, multilingual booking pages, integrations and priority email and chat support. Integrations include two-way Google Calendar sync, accounting and invoice connections, and Zapier for 7,000+ apps. Treatflow hosts data on EU servers, is designed for GDPR compliance and uses SSL encryption. Plans cost €39/month or €59/month, excluding VAT, with a 14-day trial and no credit card required.
