What Tarsyer is
Tarsyer processes existing CCTV feeds on an on-premise edge device or a customer’s server to produce real-time alerts, productivity metrics, and compliance scores. Its checks cover retail footfall and queue waits, restaurant hygiene and table cleaning, manufacturing PPE and restricted zones, and warehouse forklift and pedestrian safety. Alerts can reach WhatsApp or email with a photo, sometimes in under a minute. Dashboards show scores by role: store managers see their site, area managers see their region, and head office can view every store with Excel export. Tarsyer connects to analogue or IP cameras through DVRs or NVRs, or directly to IP cameras, with named support for Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Secura, TVT, and ONVIF. Raw video remains on the local network, detection continues during internet outages, and queued alerts send when connectivity returns. A 30-day, one-site pilot is available.
Good
- On-premise video processing
- Alerts through WhatsApp and email
- Offline detection with queued alerts

Who it suits
Tarsyer suits organizations in retail, restaurants, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and banking that already operate CCTV. It fits teams seeking local video checks, role-based dashboards, and operational alerts.
Verdict
Tarsyer adds operational and compliance checks to existing camera systems while keeping raw video local. Its edge deployment, outage handling, and pilot option are useful, but pricing requires a quote.
