CMDB-backed discovery and inventory can track hardware, software, virtual assets, contracts, warranties, and license use. Cloud-Enabled Management supports inventory collection, patching, and software updates for Windows and Mac devices outside the corporate network without a VPN. Users can request and install approved applications through a self-service portal. The suite also supports updates for Microsoft, Red Hat, CentOS, and SUSE. In ITMS 8.8.1 and later, Data Connector exchanges data with external platforms through REST API communication. Broadcom states that ITMS 8.7.x and 8.8.x require Microsoft SQL Server and do not support other database platforms. Pricing is available on request.
