SUPERWISE
SUPERWISE AMP is an AI governance control plane between AI applications and models.
What SUPERWISE is
SUPERWISE AMP is an AI governance control plane between AI applications and models. It observes interactions and enforces policies, with guardrails that evaluate inputs and outputs; policy evaluation is advertised as taking under 10 ms. Agent Studio supports building, testing, and deploying agents with governance and automated failure detection. The platform tracks operational health and drift and provides analytics, dashboards, audit trails, and compliance reports. SUPERWISE says it connects to more than 50 providers, vector databases, and enterprise tools, including OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, Pinecone, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Slack. REST API and Python SDK access support programmatic governance and CI/CD integration. AMP is managed SaaS by default and can connect to private, on-premises, and air-gapped environments. Sentinel inspects prompts locally, redacts secrets and personal data before they leave the machine, and does not route traffic through SUPERWISE. Sentinel supports Windows, Mac, and Linux, but its browser extension is currently Windows-only.
Good
- Guardrails evaluate both inputs and outputs.
- Tracks drift, operational health, and audit trails.
- Offers REST API and Python SDK access.
- Supports private, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.
- Sentinel redacts sensitive data locally.
Watch out
- No free plan is listed.
- Sentinel browser extension is Windows-only.
- Solo allows one Sentinel deployment.
- Solo is for development use.
Who it suits
AMP is aimed at engineers and AI teams building LLM applications and agents, including organizations in healthcare, finance, legal, and manufacturing. Sentinel may suit users seeking local prompt inspection and redaction.
Verdict
SUPERWISE combines policy controls, observability, and agent-building tools with managed and private deployment connections. Sentinel’s local inspection is distinct from AMP’s control-plane role; check the plan limits and Windows-only browser extension constraint.
