Businesses can schedule one-time jobs or recurring work weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on a custom cycle. Estimates support line items and secure approval links; accepted work can be converted into jobs, and invoices connect to the client and job. On a phone, technicians can use My Day to see assigned jobs, route order, directions, notes, and attachments, then record start and completion actions. Connecting Stripe enables customer invoice payments, saved-card workflows, and AutoPay when enabled and authorized; Stripe processing fees are separate. The Whole Crew plan costs $30 a month or $300 a year, and both include unlimited team members and owner, admin, dispatcher, and technician roles. A 7-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Smart Book supports CSV client import and export of supported business data.
