What Signature 365 is

Signature 365 is a cloud-based email signature service for Microsoft 365 and Office 365. Its central dashboard lets organizations create and maintain signatures, assign versions by department or individual, and manage campaigns and legal disclaimers. Templates can include company branding, directory contact details, headshots, social links, banners, calls to action, and disclaimers. Signatures can be deployed client-side, server-side, or using both methods. Symprex says the service can add signatures to email sent from any client or device and update sent items; it also says it does not access email content, including with server-side signatures. An Outlook add-in can be deployed through the Microsoft 365 admin center, and signatures can be added in Outlook on mobile devices. Campaign analytics track interactions and provide reporting on traffic, conversions, and sales opportunities. The service supports directory sync and automatic updates. Symprex describes customers ranging from 50 to 5,000 users and says its largest customers manage more than 80,000 users. Signature 365 is paid, with a 14-day trial that requires no commitment or credit card.
