ShelbyNext Financials is cloud-based accounting software for churches, ministries, nonprofits and denominational headquarters. Its Accounts Payable tools cover bill payment, vendor credits and invoice attachments, with cash, accrual and modified accrual accounting. Payroll handles wage and tax calculations, voluntary deductions, paycheck printing and government and management reporting, including e-file reporting. Purchasing Management supports requisitions, approvals, alerts and emailed purchase orders. General Ledger offers standard and custom reports with drill-down to application entries, and reports can be downloaded in several formats. Bank Account Management supports bank file formats and statement reconciliation. The Fixed Assets application catalogs assets, tracks tagged inventory and creates depreciation entries that update the General Ledger.
