What Saymail is

Saymail brings Gmail, Outlook and IMAP accounts into one inbox, then scores messages by importance and how that importance declines over time. Users can filter messages by score, and Android and desktop notifications can follow an importance threshold. Users can correct a score; Saymail incorporates that feedback into its classification prompt. The email client supports reading, writing, sending, searching, rules, profiles, prompts, themes and signatures, but has no calendar tools. It runs on Android, iOS, Linux, macOS and Windows. Mailbox data is stored in a local device database, and Saymail says it does not retain a server copy. Users can connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter or Ollama, or use Saymail Cloud credits. With a local model, email content stays on the device; Saymail Cloud routes prompts and content through OpenRouter with Zero Data Retention options enabled. The free plan works without an account and has no time limit.
