What Samsung Knox Manage is

Samsung Knox Manage is a cloud-based enterprise mobility management solution for configuring, managing and remotely tracking organizational devices. Samsung describes it as cross-platform software optimized for Samsung devices and solutions. Administrators can enroll devices manually, with a token or QR code, through Knox Mobile Enrollment or Android zero-touch enrollment. They can deploy apps from Managed Google Play, upload in-house apps or add system apps, and set single-app or multi-app kiosk modes. Remote tools include troubleshooting and periodic location tracking. Policies can respond to time, location, network status, roaming or SIM changes. Sign-in integrations include Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Ping Identity, while API clients can receive edit or read-only permissions. Knox Manage is included in the Knox Suite Enterprise Plan. The service is paid, with pricing on request; its free trial covers up to 30 devices for 90 days. A tenant can connect to one Microsoft Entra ID service, and organization syncing is not supported for that connection. Android Legacy devices can no longer be enrolled; Samsung recommends migrating them to Android Enterprise. Supported platforms include Android, iOS, iPadOS, Windows, ChromeOS, macOS and web.
