Overview

The app links ordering to inventory records: users can open supplier sites in the app, record purchases, and bring products, quantities, and purchase prices into stock and cost records. That connection can reduce duplicate entry for salons whose suppliers fit the supported workflow. Automatic cart loading is supported for D Online (DD-STORE/Daria), Lyrae Cosmetic, and SHAKA; Mikoru requires a different process because it does not support automatic cart loading.

Barcode scanning, reorder alerts, stocktaking, delivery-note OCR, and LINE notifications address routine stock control. SALON STOCK also says supplier credentials are not stored and users confirm and pay for orders themselves on supplier sites. Cloud backup lets users restore data by logging into the same account on a replacement phone.

Team costs ¥2,980 a month per store (¥2,980/月・店舗). It includes Individual Pro features, staff from the second user, role management, shared order notes, and multiple locations. Choose it when stock control needs to be shared across staff or locations; a one-person salon does not need its team-specific additions. The Free plan's one-person limit is the main constraint for growing teams.

Platforms

SALON STOCK currently supports iOS on iPhone and iPad. Android is in preparation, so it is not a fit for operators who need an Android app today. Data is saved to the cloud and can be restored on a replacement phone through the same account. The developer also provides a usage guide and accepts support inquiries through its LINE account.
