RightSlide

What RightSlide is

RightSlide is Windows software integrated into Microsoft PowerPoint for managing presentation content. It connects users to a cloud-hosted library of approved slides, presentations, images, and videos, with search and categorization for finding material. Brand checking and styling options can be customized for a company. An approval option helps keep noncompliant content from presentation use. When library slides change, RightSlide notifies users and can update presentations, including locally saved files. Administrators can assign expiry dates so outdated slides and presentations leave the library. Slides can be locked against unauthorized edits, while watermarks identify content awaiting compliance approval. The maker says the library, presentations, and images are securely hosted in Azure. RightSlide is aimed at sales and marketing teams that build many presentations from standard slides, particularly asset management and executive search firms. The maker configures the library and brand, provides installation support and initial training, and includes ongoing consultant support.
