What Replya is

Replya helps businesses draft responses to Google reviews. It connects with Google Business Profile, also known as Google Maps, and syncs reviews automatically. For each review, Replya suggests a response that a user can review, edit, and approve before posting; it does not automatically publish replies. Users can select tones such as professional, friendly, or apologetic. The free plan covers one location, 20 AI-generated responses each month, one tone, basic analytics, and manual copying. Pro costs $29 a month and supports up to six locations, unlimited generated responses, all response tones, a full analytics and insights dashboard, and direct posting to Google; it includes a 14-day free trial. Enterprise pricing is custom, with unlimited locations and responses, all tones, full analytics, automatic posting to Google, and weekly email summaries. Replya is designed for small and medium-sized businesses, including restaurants, salons, hotels, retail stores, healthcare practices, and automotive shops. The service says data is encrypted end-to-end and stored securely, and that it does not sell or share user information. Yelp, Facebook, and TripAdvisor support is described as coming soon.
