What REKO is

REKO is a hospitality operating system that brings point of sale, kitchen, inventory and finance functions together on one ledger. It posts sales, voids and supplier bills to the books as they occur, and calculates costs and margins by dish, brand and outlet. Inventory controls record reasons for waste and shrinkage and use three-way matching to catch supplier overcharges. The POS, kitchen display, tills and staff logins are designed for offline use and support PIN or NFC sign-in. For hotels, built-in PMS and folios reconcile room and food-and-beverage activity on the same ledger; payroll follows Cambodia's statutory rules. Employees can use an app for shifts, shift swaps and payslips in Khmer or English. REKO also recommends pricing adjustments based on rules such as happy hour, occupancy and demand, leaving the decision to the operator. It is aimed at multi-brand and multi-outlet hospitality groups across ASEAN.
