What ProductionPro is

ProductionPro connects scripts, breakdowns, and media in a creative hub for film, television, and theatre productions. Its cloud-based Production Binder supports offline access, annotations, and automatic note transfer. Interactive breakdowns link scenes and characters to script pages and related media, while the Media Hub associates design images, music recordings, and choreography videos with scenes and characters. Theatre customers can access digital MTI scripts and piano vocal scores to share with cast and crew; theatre access is an add-on for MTI titles ordered through MTI. Film and television teams can use secure offline script access, and ProductionPro says scripts are cleared when access expires. The Studios offering integrates with a studio identity provider to control access and roles. Advanced Productions can add DRM for audio and video and burned-in watermarks for scripts and uploaded media. The service is available on the web and as a native iPad app. New iPad app updates require iOS 16 or higher as of June 15, 2026. Theatre add-on prices vary by region: £249, paid once in the United Kingdom and Europe, $299, paid once in the United States and Canada, and A$399, paid once in Australia and New Zealand.
